Over the past 14 weeks, we have had the honor of counting on the talent and dedication of Suzuka Katori, our Process Improvement Intern. This journey represented not only a milestone in productivity but a true success story of international collaboration that transcended borders and time zones.

The experience of having Suzuka on our team reaffirms Perspicaz Tecnologias' commitment to innovation, the plurality of ideas, and the development of talent on a global scale—an initiative strengthened by our official partnership with Virtual Internships, which made this valuable connection possible.

Empathy and User Focus During her time with us, Suzuka took on the challenge of developing step-by-step (how-to) tutorials for our websites and systems. More than just applying technical knowledge, she demonstrated remarkable empathy. By putting herself in our users' shoes, Suzuka was able to transform complex systemic processes into simple, intuitive instructions with a clear purpose.

Communication That Overcomes Barriers International remote work brings unique challenges, but we proved that physical distance does not prevent the building of an integrated team. We overcame language barriers—since English is a second language for both of us—by focusing not on perfect grammar, but on clarity and consistency.

Our weekly alignment meetings were essential to adjust goals, overcome challenges, and create a fluid and collaborative work rhythm.

Suzuka's Testimonial Recently, Suzuka shared a heartwarming feedback about her experience with us, which we share with great pride:

"Over the past 14 weeks, I have had the pleasure of working as a Process Improvement Intern at Perspicaz Tecnologias. While this was a virtual internship across different time zones, the distance never felt like a barrier to collaboration.

One of the most valuable aspects of this journey was my partnership with my supervisor, Wankerson Luiz Silva Rodrigues. Since English was a second language for both of us, we quickly learned that the best way to communicate wasn't through perfect grammar, but through clarity and consistency.

My primary focus was creating 'how-to' tutorials for the company’s websites. I realized early on that explaining complex features isn't just about technical accuracy—it’s about empathy. I spent a significant amount of time putting myself in the user's shoes to ensure the instructions were intuitive.

Wankerson’s supportive mentorship made a huge difference here; he was always approachable, checking in on my progress and encouraging me to ask questions. His guidance gave me the confidence to take more initiative and feel like a true contributor to the team. I am walking away with a much clearer vision of my career path, and I am grateful to the team at Perspicaz Tecnologias for the opportunity to learn and grow with you."

A Promising Future For us at Perspicaz Tecnologias, the feeling of gratitude is mutual. Seeing Suzuka's professional growth, her proactivity, and her quick adaptability to the remote and globalized work environment was our greatest reward.

We wish Suzuka a bright path full of success in her career. The doors at Perspicaz Tecnologias will always be open!
